ProAssist is a digital intermediary platform that connects businesses and helpers.
ProAssist acts as an intermediary and is not the employer or a party to the specific agreement between the business and the helper, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Insurance
Businesses and helpers are each responsible for ensuring they hold the necessary and relevant insurance for the tasks carried out via ProAssist.
It is each user's own responsibility to check whether their existing insurance cover is sufficient for the specific task.
As a rule, ProAssist does not take out or administer insurance on behalf of businesses or helpers and does not automatically provide insurance cover for tasks arranged through the platform.
If you are unsure whether you are correctly insured, ProAssist recommends contacting your insurance company or a professional insurance adviser before starting the task.
Users' responsibility
Businesses and helpers are each responsible for their own actions, agreements and obligations in connection with tasks arranged through ProAssist.
Each user must ensure that their insurance arrangements match the specific type of task and the risks the work may involve.
ProAssist's liability
ProAssist provides the digital platform and facilitates contact between users.
As a rule, ProAssist is not liable for damage, loss, delays or disputes arising from the relationship between a business and a helper, unless liability follows from mandatory Danish law or is due to circumstances for which ProAssist itself is responsible.
