Get an offer, reserve it
The helper sends their price quote: hours × hourly rate. Accept it and the estimate is reserved on your card. Nothing is charged yet.

The meter runs
Follow the helper live. The meter counts active time only, so breaks don't count. Billed per started quarter-hour.

Pay for the real time
When it's done, only the actual time is charged from the reservation, and never more than 20% over the estimate.
The invoice
Every krone accounted for.
No hidden fees. The money is reserved on your card and is only released to the helper 24 hours after the task, or right away if both parties have confirmed. You get an itemised invoice that shows exactly what you're paying for, and what you're not.

Tap the car button on the map and the app switches to Carpooling. Drivers create a ride and set a price per seat. Passengers search from A to B and book a seat instantly. Always pure cost-sharing, never more than the trip costs.

Create a ride with your route, departure time and price per seat. The price can never exceed what the trip costs at the Danish state's per-kilometre rate. The cap is enforced automatically in the app.

When the seat is confirmed, you agree on the exact pick-up point in the chat and follow the ride live on your lock screen once it's under way.

Drivers log in with MitID and must have their driving licence approved before they can create a ride. Carpooling is private cost-sharing, not commercial passenger transport.

A reservation, not a charge
The estimate is reserved on your card via Stripe and only charged when the job is done, for the real time per started quarter-hour.
Full refund within 15 min
Change your mind free of charge within 15 minutes of creating the task, and the whole reservation is released. Cancel later and you pay 20% of the estimate, capped at DKK 2,000, as compensation to the helper. A task that has started cannot be cancelled.

Pay by payment card, stored securely via Stripe. The final price lands at most 20% over the estimate.
